The Connie Blouse has a tie waist and is super unique and eclectic!! I've been inspired by vintage jugs and vases and oriental design for this little beauty.
It's a size small and I would say it would be good on a size 8/small 10
I am a size 10/12 and it a little too tight for me but still ok. I am fairly flat chested and 5'9" so it would be suited better to someone a little smaller really?
