The Katie blouse/shacket is a wonderful garment of frills and off centre fastening. I have embroidered delicate embroidery in unusual places to give this blouse a very special and non typical vibe. I would keep it for myself as I adore it so much.
You could wear this buttoned up as a blouse or open as a shacket.
