My Tilly blouse is as bright and breezy as it sounds. It has gorgeous puff sleeves and a pretty trim around the collar and down the front. I have embroidered the blouse on the front and the back with embroidered detailing on the neckline/collar and the cuffs.
It's a real cutie and would look fab under a cardigan or a jumper!!
